Welcome

The San Francisco Horsemen's Association (SFHA) was formed in 1940 as a nonprofit organization to foster an interest in horses and horsemanship. The SFHA is a versatile club providing a busy event calendar of organized rides, campouts, and educational programs. Monthly dinner meetings provide a social forum to exchange ideas, discuss equestrian issues, and plan activities. Meetings are held at the Pacific Rod and Gun Club on Lake Merced in San Francisco. The club's monthly newsletter, Tales, communicates to members about upcoming events and important information concerning the horse community. The SFHA is a member of the California State Horsemen's Association, Region VI. Non-members are welcomed to most of our events.
